Computers and speakers, plus some extra cables. The two traditional speakers we try to keep with separate volunteers. In 2025 we began to use Bluetooth speakers. At 20260103 we have one on back order.

Graham Thompson keeps the PA system, the foldable podium, and the lecturn.

Mary S. usually keeps the easel on which we write dances and place dots to indicate “likes”.

We have several USB keys that callers may request for music and other information. These are updated by a “give one, get one” exchange. Ask John N.

Some archival material is available to our callers at CDSS News.

Some club-owned recordings are stored on this web-site in a protected music area and the files are encrypted. This allows callers to hear the tunes when preparing programs, as some recordings are not suitable for particular programs.

We try to maintain information of dancing opportunities elsewhere. We welcome data to populate these pages, but need a volunteer to maintain them.
