A 1-4   First corners set right and left; left hand turn halfway
  5-8   Partner left shoulder back to back (on side of the set)
  9-10  All four right hands across halfway
  11-12 Second corners keep right hands briefly and sashay
        face to face to change places (keep facing as in the
        right hands across). Everyone is now home,

  13-16 Three changes of a circular hey starting left shoulder
        with partner (first 2 changes quick, then slower in
        the last change to connect with partner).

The shape of the dance was inspired by both the shape of the swallows path and the swirly path of the Bay of Fundy tides through the tidal Sissiboo River.
