Formation: Double Sicilian Circle (two couples side–by–side facing two couples) – Waltz

A  1–4   All set forward right and left towards opposite, 
         pass by the right shoulder into opposite’s place, 
         Men turning a quarter to their right and Women 
         turning a quarter to their left to face partner.
   5–8  	All turn partner with the left hand, Men remaining 
         in the same place while swinging partner three–quarters 
         round them into the Man’s original place. 
         End facing original opposite couple.
   9–16  Ladies’ chain, North Country style, and back, ending 
         by joining hands in two circles of four.
B  1–4   All one waltz step into the centre and one waltz step 
         back. The Men pass the Woman in their left hand across 
         in front of them and put her on their right into their 
         own place, the Men moving left into her place. End by 
         making a circle of eight.
   5–8   Repeat bars B 1 – 4 in circle of eight (this puts the 
         original left hand couples in the centre of the set 
         facing partner).
   9–12  Centre four people (original left hand couples) half 
         North Country ladies’ chain for both Women to rejoin 
         their partner.
   13–14 All join hands in circle of eight and circle left three 
         places. (There is very little time to complete this 
         movement). All are now opposite their original opposite, 
         but have changed sides with the couple in their own line.
   15–16 The new left hand couples arch over their opposite 
         couple to change places.

         Repeat in new positions.
