   A1  (8 bars) All adv and retire, top couple gallop to bottom
   A2  (8 bars) All adv and retire, new top couple gallop to bottom
   B1  Top 2 couples circle L & R
       Mid 2 couples star L & R (?? left first??)
       Bottom 2 couples Rt & Lt through
   B2  Bottom 2 couples gallop to top, 
       Top couple cast to bottom while
       Others swing and move up
