Banjo in a Bear Suit (private)
Music: Banjo in a Bear Suit by Dave Bartley, 2009
Teaching Points: Head couples are the actives. At end of Al, heads are at the sides, and sides are at the heads; all are proper, next to original opposite and facing partner across the set. In B, for the transition between the R-hands across (star) and the rights and lefts, actives are next to partner in the hands across and simply let go to take partners hand to begin rights and lefts.
Frank Sullivan is the recording engineer for our Impropriety CDs. He used to tour for Disney, playing banjo in a bear suit. These days he plays pedal steel. Listen for him on the CD that accompanies this book.
