Minutes for annual meeting of Ottawa English Dance 

(Ontario Not-for-profit corporation 1824732)

June 17 2020

The last meeting was held June 26, 2019 at Orange Hall contemporaneous
with the OECDC meeting.

The meeting was called to order at approximately 8 p.m. on Zoom by president
John Nash immediately following the "club" meeting.

Directors:

The untimely death of Godfrey Williams on October 18 led to a period where
records of the Corporation were unavailable. From what has since been recovered
it appears that the death of Irfona Larkin on December 17, 2014 was not reported
to the Ontario government. Both names will be reported on the form1
report based on this meeting.

Both Sara Lawson and Graham Thompson have indicated that they wish to resign.
Sara put her resignation in an email May 12, 2020.
Graham's resignation is accepted as of this meeting.
Our thanks to both for their service to OED.

Mary Shleifman and James Hargrove have indicated willingness to serve.

They were elected without no opposing voice.

Confirmation of Directors:

By unopposed resolution, the members confirmed that the directors may serve
up to to the full term permitted by legislation.

Resolution to waive audit:

By unopposed resolution, the members waived the need for an audit of the financial
records. It is noted that financial records are available to all members on our
web site.

Change of address: 

By unopposed resolution, the address from the corporation should
be changed from 120 Harigan Place, Ottawa, K2W 1C7 to 178 Grassy Plains Drive,
Ottawa, K2M 2S2.

There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned.
