Form: Duple minor set, longways, for as many as will.

A	1-2	Couples set.
3-4	Couples turn Left Hand 3/4 ( ending in centre of set, facing partners,  Men facing down, 				Women facing up).
5-8	Couples dance 1/2   hey for 4 (up/down the set), as follows:-
		Couples dance 2 hey for 4, starting Lsh with partner (finishing facing partner, 	Man facing up, Woman facing down).

A	9-12	Couples continue dancing a second 1/2  hey for four (up/down),  starting Lsh with 				partner  (finishing facing partner, Men facing down, Women facing up).
13-14	Couples set to each other.
15-16	Couples turn Right Hand 3/4 (ending proper in the centre and taking hand-holds, ready 				to swing).
 
B1	1-8	Couples swing (finishing in original positions).
B2	1-8	Taking hands-4, circle left half way, then partners cross the set into each other’s place 				and face in.
