   A Honour presence, honour partners
   B Lead up double and back x2
   A1 1st man cast down, 2nd woman cast up, into eachother's place
      others do the same
   B1 4 hands, half way, turn single, turn neighbours half with R,
      partners half with L
   B2 1st C keep hands and lead up and cast down, cast up, lead down
   while 2nd C cast down, lead up, lead down, cast up
