A number of novice dancers got together in 2012 to prepare themselves for the first ECD Ball organized alongside the Spencerville Mill's Heritage Fair. The Ball was intended as a one-time event, but the dancing immediately became a staple Tuesday night event for all involved. Since then the ECD club members meet Tuesdays from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm upstairs at Spencerville's Town Hall (from October to May). We take a short break at 8:00. http://www.spencervilleecd.org/
Cet automne qui virevolte entre des températures d’été et d’automne nous laisse espérer un hiver un peu tardif. Entretemps, nous voici arrivés à un nouveau départ de la saison des ateliers de contredanses anglaises à Montréal et cela pour la 15ème année. C’est donc samedi prochain, le 21 octobre dès 13h00 que je vous donne rendez-vous Autour d’une tasse de thé.
Les activités ont toujours lieu à la salle de danse (C-251) du pavillon sportif du Collège Notre-Dame, au 3791-A, chemin Queen Mary, Montréal, H3V 1A8. Il y a un stationnement gratuit autour de l'édifice. Le coût de chaque atelier est de 15$, étudiants 10$ (sauf événements spéciaux).
