A 1-4   First corners set right and left; left hand turn halfway
  5-8   Partner left shoulder back to back (on side of the set)
  9-10  All four right hands across halfway
  11-12 Second corners keep right hands briefly and sashay
        face to face to change places (keep facing as in the
        right hands across). Everyone is now home,

  13-16 Three changes of a circular hey starting left shoulder
        with partner (first 2 changes quick, then slower in
        the last change to connect with partner).</code>

The shape of the dance was inspired by both the shape of the
swallows path and the swirly path of the Bay of Fundy tides through
the tidal Sissiboo River.
