 * Douglas and Helen Kennedy re-named this dance ‘The Way to
Norwich’ to avoid confusion with the dance ‘Cuckolds all a row’ (The
English Dancing Master 1651) which Cecil Sharp had re-named
when he published it under the title ‘Hey, Boys, up go we’ (The
Country Dance Book Part II 1911).
